Privacy Policy
Effective August 24, 2026 · VerbaDraft is operated by JuiceBit LLC (Delaware, USA).
1. What we collect
- Account information: name, email, company, password (stored as a salted hash).
- Content you upload: audio/video recordings, template documents, and the transcripts and review notes we generate from them.
- Support messages you send us.
- Service logs: IP address, timestamps, and actions, kept for security and troubleshooting.
- Payment data: collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers.
2. How we use it
For exactly one purpose: operating VerbaDraft — producing your transcripts, running your account, billing, support, and service emails (account approval, draft delivery, support replies).
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not use your recordings or documents to train AI models.
- We do not send your content to third-party AI services — transcription runs on infrastructure we operate.
- We do not use your content for marketing.
3. Retention and deletion
- Uploaded recordings, templates, and delivered drafts are automatically deleted from our active systems 14 days after delivery of your draft.
- Abandoned uploads (jobs never completed) are deleted after 60 days.
- Residual copies in encrypted disaster-recovery backups expire within 30 days.
- Account information and job metadata (titles, dates — not content) are kept while your account is active and deleted on request.
4. Who else touches your data (subprocessors)

No other third parties receive your data, except where required by law. If we are legally compelled to disclose customer content, we will notify you unless prohibited.
5. Security
TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, manually approved accounts, access limited to processing personnel, and scheduled automatic deletion. Details on our Security & Confidentiality page.
6. Your rights
Email [email protected] to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to delete your account and all associated content ahead of the automatic schedule. We respond within 30 days. California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
7. Cookies
The app uses a single session cookie required for login. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Children
VerbaDraft is a professional service not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced by email or in-app before taking effect, with the effective date updated above.
