More than 150 hours a month, procurement paperwork, or a retention rule we should know about?

How is usage measured?
By audio minute: the length of the recording you upload, rounded to the nearest minute. Processing time doesn't matter; a 36-minute interview is 36 minutes.
When does my allowance reset?
On your billing anniversary, not the calendar month, so the counter in your account always matches your invoice.
What happens if I go over my plan's hours?
Nothing stops. Extra minutes are billed at your plan's rate — $0.08 on Shop, $0.06 on Agency — and appear on your next invoice. No cap, no upgrade wall.
How does pay as you go bill me?
Add a card once. At the end of each monthly period you're charged for the minutes you used, at $0.15 a minute ($0.10 at the founding rate). Use nothing, pay nothing.
Can I switch plans?
Any time, from your billing page. Stripe shows you the prorated amount before you confirm, and the new allowance applies straight away. A founding rate carries over to whichever plan you move to.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Do I need a card for the free draft?
No. The first job is free with no card and no sign-up to a plan. It's capped at 90 minutes of audio; if your first job is longer we'll tell you before processing.
Do you give refunds?
If a draft was unusable because of a fault on our side, we re-run it free or credit the minutes. Anything else, write to us and we'll sort it out.
